Band Camp is August 8-12

Hello PHS Band Parents!

This year’s band camp will be August 8-12 (excluding Wednesday August 10) and the Music Boosters are looking for volunteers to help with dinner meals for the students.

Below is a link to a SignUpGenius where you can select a day and a position. We need a lead for each evening and 3 additional support to help set-up, serve, and break down.

The lead position (4 in total, one for each dinner) is responsible for providing a meal for 45 students. The food can be prepared, purchased (Music Boosters will reimburse), or, what is ideal, donated.

Last year we were able to get donations from Mi Pueblo, Roy’s At The Yard, Starbucks, and Petaluma Market.

Please help us make your student’s Band Camp experience awesome AND get to know the Music Boosters, the non-profit parent organization that helps Mr. Eveland provide an award winning music program.
