Cliff Eveland, Director
Jazz Ensemble Uniforms/Attire
Students will be furnished with the concert attire required for performances as indicated below. Please notice and be aware of the replacement cost of each item issued to each member of the group. If any part of the uniform is lost or damaged, the student and the parents will be held responsible for replacing that part of the uniform.
Black dress shoes are required for both the women and men (black socks also). These shoes should be furnished by the student. Students are required to pay a cleaning/usage fee of $20.00, which is due by Sept. 9th (please make checks payable to "PHS Music Boosters"). A uniform will be assigned to each student, but it cannot be taken home until the fee is paid. The fee will go to cover the costs of dry cleaning and repair/replacement. If a student does not turn in their concert attire by the required time at the end of the school year, an additional late charge of $10.00 will be assessed.
Maintenance of the jazz ensemble uniform is as follows: pants are to be hung on pant hangers; shirts, ties, and cummerbunds should be hung on regular hangers. Jazz Band members are responsible for coming to all performances in a clean, neatly ironed, and free of wrinkles, uniform.
Please contact me, Mr. Eveland, at 769-9650 if there is any
financial difficulty with regard to the fee or replacement costs of
uniform parts. Thanks.
