Dear Music Parents:
The Petaluma Invitational Band Review is coming on Saturday, Oct.2nd. We sponsor this major northern California marching band competition. The steering committee has been working this summer to make the event goes smoothly, but now WE NEED YOUR HELP.
We need 50-60 volunteers on Saturday morning to make this event first class. The greatest number of volunteers are needed for snack bars, traffic control along the parade route and bus parking. If you can help, even if for only a few hours, please fill out this form and return it tonight. It will really help the committee if we know beforehand who volunteers are so we don’t have to spend time calling each family. If you are worried about doing traffic control, don’t be. It’s simple, and we have a short training class available to teach you. We also need help setting up and taking down the reviewing stand. This is our chance to show off the Petaluma music program to the community. Please help.
